Friendly and helpful staff made my stay enjoyable.

Unfortunately, my room was uncomfortably warm when I arrived. The AC was not turned on, and it took far too long to cool the space down. I was too exhausted to complain and ended up missing a good night's sleep.

The bathroom configuration needs addressing!!! A two-inch height difference between the bathroom and room floor is a disaster waiting to happen. The shower lacks proper lighting and ventilation!!!

We had a decent time staying here with our grown kids. The room was spacious enough for all of us, and we loved having cable programming for our downtime. It was a great home base while we explored nearby sights, including White Sands.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options could be improved for families. It would be nice to have a greater variety to choose from.

The Budget Inn had a lovely, recently remodeled look, with clean, laminate floors that made it feel fresh and safe. I appreciated the easy ground-level access, making it convenient for seniors like myself.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The motel had clean rooms, and the location was perfect for visiting White Sands and local restaurants. We really appreciated the refrigerator and microwave in the room. it made our stay super convenient. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely a great deal for what you get!

Nice King room with all the essentials. A/C kept it cool. Loved the shower pressure, really felt refreshing. Microwave and fridge were super handy for snacks. The flat-screen TV had a good selection of cable channels. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Great spot to crash after a day out.
